Asylum open mic nights have become quite popular and many new comedians are coming out of the woodwork as a result. Luke Alberton is a Sudbury raised comedian, who moved to Toronto and did some of the comedy circuit there. Now he is back and has started hosting events locally in the growing Sudbury comedy scene.

Patrick McNeil is a new comer to the Sudbury comedy scene, having performed his first stand up event at The Asylum in February 2017. Patrick knows how to be funny though, as he is one of the "skids" on the popular Sudbury based TV series Letterkenny and has dabbled in his own comedic endeavours in the past.
