Kissing Candice, Big Hoodoo, Dr. Bong Live At The Asylum - April 3rd 2017

Archaic North Entertainment Presents
Monday April 3rd 2017
Live in Sudbury at The Asylum
On route to "The Gathering of the Juggalos" Festival!

KISSING CANDICE (Victory Records/Long Island NY)
Formed in 2012 from the remnants of Dr. Acula, keyboardist and sample mastermind Joey Simpson was looking to start a project that would combine metal, hardcore, industrial and electronic music in a unique and cinematic fashion. Taking on the role of frontman, Joey hit the studio with producer Jeremy Comitas, and the pair were the first to glue the KISSING CANDICE sound together with the debut EP Murder. The result is a spirited chunk of roughed-up American metal that is an amalgamation of serial killer thriller, dark romance and witchcraft, woven in a world of hallucinating demons. Signed to Victory Records and rapidly growing their fanbase with each new release, catch Kissing Candice in Sudbury April 3rd as they head to perform on the main stage at the Gathering of the Juggalos Festival.

BIG HOODOO (Psychopathic Records/Detroit, MI)
Unquestionably one of the most frightening characters to ever emerge from Psychopathic Records (ICP's Record Label), Big Hoodoo is a hoodoo practitioner with a taste and talent for bloody horrorcore rap, matched with an authenticity and rawness that only a life lived on the hard-knock streets of Detroit can create. In a fitting venue and atmosphere alike, come out and check out some tracks from Big Hoodoo's latest album "Asylum", live at The Asylum!

DR. BONG (Sudbury Funk-Machine)
Sudbury's funk extravagaza returns to the Asylum to kick things off for the night. Dr. Bong is a 1 man funk rock machine, playing all instruments himself and performing some deadly skills on all instruments including off time changes, searing guitar solos and some serious beats! Dr. Bong is just getting started but he is turning heads every shows he performs. A one man virtuoso, come see one of Sudbury's up and comers live for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

NY Electro Horror Metal

Victory Records
"Pretty, ugly, gross, bloody, pissed, catchy, heavy." These are the words spewed from KISSING CANDICE frontman Joey Simpson when describing the bands album, Blind Until We Burn, in stores now on Victory Records.

Blind Until We Burn is one of the most blood-drenched doses of violence that has been put to ears. Distinct themes of angry defiance and horror-laced hysteria snake throughout the album, which Simpson bodes, "Sometimes you never see things for what they are until it's too late."

Detroit Horrorcore Rap

Psychopathic Records
Direct off the blood soaked, bullet riddled streets of Detroit murderous comes Big Hoodoo, one the most controversial and uncompromising rap artists to ever emerge from the Motor City. Big Hoodoo is another stage name for Detroit rapper Doe Dubbla, also known as the Jinx.

Psychopathic Records is proud to present the debut album from Big Hoodoo, Crystal Skull. Co-written by Insane Clown Posse’s Violent J and featuring production from the legendary Mike E. Clark and the creator of G-Funk himself, Cold 187um, Crystal Skull is packed with 100% authentic Detroit “wicked shit” that Juggalos and hip-hop fans have been clamoring for.
